Message from the principal

Welcome to the official website of Vryburg Primary School. It is a great privilege for me to be part of a school community as principal since 2023 where every learner has the opportunity to grow, learn and develop their potential. At our school, we live by the motto Carpe Diem – seize the day. We believe that every new day brings new opportunities to learn, pursue dreams and make a positive difference. The Stellaland star on our school badge symbolizes hope, leadership and excellence that we constantly strive for. We are proud of our multicultural school family from Grade R to Grade 7, where diversity is celebrated and respect, cooperation and caring are central. May this website be a window into the heart of our school and the special stories of our learners and staff.

Vryburg Primary School offers a dynamic sports programme that gives learners the opportunity to develop their talents and participate in major sports days and competitions. Many of these highlights take place at Gert Lubbe Stadium, a well-maintained sports complex that is regularly used by local schools.

Here, learners get the chance to participate in various sports, build teamwork and proudly represent their school. Major events and competitions create an exciting atmosphere where parents, teachers and the community come together to support young sporting talent.

Our school uniform includes summer and winter wear, as well as sports uniforms for both boys and girls. Each item reflects our school values while ensuring that learners look neat, feel confident and are ready for each school day.
